They say 越後 。 上越 (Echigo . Jyouetsu) in a beautiful calligraphy that I wasn't too sure of and had to consult my kanji dictionary over...
I need to save money for Nemuri goods and it's always good to have a back up in case GACKT decides to do something crazy again...
