Wow - just looked up okayama (cos I liked the castle photo) and find out first that it's the birth-home of shin koyamada (who, with ken watanabe) was the only watchable thing in the Last Samurai (shin koyamada really can do martial arts) and second that the best bits were all built by the ikeda clan (sort of Gackt connexion!).
And it has one of the best traditional parks and one of the most historic tram systems.
Y, more pictures will be interesting! As would be your travelogue-ish type idea... (though you might be kept too busy stalking Gackt, of course!)
