I've had quite a productive day.

I posted [livejournal.com profile] mjspice's prize for winning the last [livejournal.com profile] gackt_army contest. Congrats again!

I've tidied up and emailed over the interview questions for a band (no names!) for a future Askew Magazine article (which is a minor fail on my behalf as I'd finished them a few days ago but forgot to mail them...)

I managed a trip to the GREATEST STORE IN THE WORLD EVER~! in town that sells sweets and candy from all over the world and am currently losing the battle against not ordering one of their random mystery boxes. Question is, do I order a mixed box or stick with a single country? And if it's a country, do I go with American sweets, Japanese sweets, Mexican sweets or Australian ones?

I'm now re-watching Torchwood : Children of Earth and it's just as harrowing second time around as it was the first time. Final episode tonight and I still don't think I'm fully over the death of Ianto and I'm pretty certain that I still haven't forgiven Jack.

And I see that Orlando Jordan was accompanied to the ring on TNA by both a female and a male valet. It's a brave step for TNA to book that but I'd be very surprised if they use Jordan's bisexuality as anything other than a cheap heat generator. It's probably the only way Jordan would be able to get a reaction...

Children of Earth was awful.. Amazing and awful. I still have it, but I don't think I could bring myself to watching again just yet.

Um - sweetie store sounds rewarding :=) Care to divulge a name so that I can add it to my long list of desirable places to visit? My dentist will thank you!

I thought of your sweet tooth when I was in the Piccadilly minamoto kitchoan on Saturday buying sesame mochi for a coeliac friend who is off chocolate for Lent! The sakura mochi looked beautiful - a perfect silver-pink, opal-translucent colour.

I looked in at JP books and the Japan Centre but, sadly, no Gackt in either. Bought a (another!) Japanese poetry book as consolation.

Cyber Candy (http://www.cybercandy.co.uk). They have a store in Covent Garden too, although the Birmingham store is supposed to be a lot bigger and with a better range. Some of the sold out items on the website were in stock in Birmingham.

I'm off chocolate too so I had to indulge in gummy sweets instead.

Shame about the lack of Gackt. Will we be seeing some of the poetry in some Words and Images?

Man - that store is evil with food toys!!!!! 'djya see that Cherry Ripe thing??? Comparing that to the sakura mochi is like one of your wrestling matches pitching Gackt in Drug Party kit v. a small nun. (no insult to nuns there - they're just not so good at selling the attraction of sin!)

Eh? Poetry?? After seeing that candy website, my head is too full of my stomach to have any space for art ;=)
