Leeching off a friend's internet connection (again!) to share photos...
Firstly, a photo from the Hanami in Tsuyama Castle last week. I'll share the full set of photos when I have my own internet sorted (still likely to be another 3-6 weeks)

Beautiful huh?
I bought the non-FC version of the RRII DVD and was kinda surprised to be presented with this white box.

I didn't know the DVD came with a water bottle. I didn't have a voucher from RE:BORN, I was just given it. Am I that far out of the loop that I didn't know about this or did I luck out and get something extra?
Everything is the same as the FC version (apart from the missing Jun-ji DVD and the DVD number is different) but this one also came with a flyer advertising the 10th Anniversary releases.
The DVD must have been postponed very, very late in the production stages as it still had the DVD listed as being released on December 2nd! If they went ahead with printing those flyers they obviously weren't expecting Gackt to pull the plug on the release.
As for the DVD itself, the cinematography is amazing. I think some of the footage wasn't filmed at the show, you can see some of the shots during GHOST and Oblivious were filmed probably earlier in the day (Gackt's hair changes at times and I doubt they got those shots live, I certainly didn't see any cameras that could possibly catch them).
I'm a little torn about the audio mix. The cyborg noises, although I understand their purpose, are bloody annoying at times. I like to *hear* the band, the vocals and that everything is live and happening on stage (hence why I don't rate Drug Party too highly) and the sound effects do distract slightly.
I still think it's an awesome DVD and I loved reliving every second of it. It's one of the best music DVDs I've ever seen without doubt, I just wish Gackt had included a clean audio option without the effects.
And when I'm back fully, I may have Underland photos to share ^_^
