For anyone who doesn't know, Livejournal had some downtime earlier today (I dunno if it was connected to the great Twitter hack or not) and ever since it came back online it doesn't seem to be sending out any email notifications of responses to entries, comments, or receipt of PMs.

There's a few open tickets on the Support Board but no answer from LJ as yet so if you've posted anything and are expecting a response, it's probably wise to manually check the entry and not rely on email notification.

I haven't been on Facebook today but I've heard it was some mass attack where a lot of bad data was sent from different computers and crashed all of the servers. Or something. I'm not very technical, haha.

It's very frustrating. I'm having to remember what I've posted and where although I have started to receive notifications through from about 5 hours ago.

Yeah, Facebook have a lot of problems recently, nothing works, you can just view the website, and that's all, but now, everythings seems to be okay ! ^^

Exactly, that's the same for me, but I always check my last entry, and nothing more, your Inbox will send you comments left in your LJ, it's good you can use this ! ^^

I try to create a torrent with the two parts of the concert at the same time, I think it will be better like this, but I learn this very hard ! ^^

You really should check only the recent entry, and when you have a lot of comments (see my F-locked entry), it's difficult sometimes, haha ! lol

Are you keeping it at 5GB or have you converted it to .avi or something else smaller? Two parts is probably a good idea.

And you're welcome to the link! Sooner you have the torrent sorted, the sooner we can all get our hands on it right?!

I will keep the converted version, since I don't know if I can upload the original files DVD ! ^^
The first part is around 900 Mb and the second one is around 2,4 Gb ! ^^

Yes, soon as I post the torrent, I will create the entry on my LJ, but maybe I will create the entry first and post the link of this "famous" entry on the torrent description for those who want Direct Download, what do you think about this ?

Maybe we will recieve a lot of mails alerts when everything will be okay ? lol

You usually upload at mediafire don't you? If you ever want anything mirrored at Rapidshare or Megaupload let me know - I have accounts with both (so the links won't be deleted!) and do some uploading for other people anyway - mainly the Sub~en~ciel group.

.vob files are awkward so I'm glad you're converting! It's easy enough to put things on a DVD anyway and you don't loose too much quality.

Well, Jpopsuki aren't always quick at confirming torrents so I'd do the entry first, put the link in the torrent description and then wait for it to be posted. Otherwise you could be waiting days :-/

No, I usually upload at Megaupload, I hate mediafire because it's only allow you some very small files ! ><
It would be very appreciated some mirror of the two files, but I will appreciate you link my entry (when it was done) for the original links, then, people can see the original uploader ! ^^

Yes, but .vob files can be easely putted on DVD too, and I didn't loose so much quality with the copy ! ^^ (Don't forget, I love HQ, haha ! XD)

Oh, I wasn't planning on putting the mirror links in my LJ - you could keep them alongside yours as it's your upload! I hate mediafire as it never wants to work with my computer and always times out. Megaupload is easily my favourite out of them all.

I love HQ too, it's just not always practical when downloading. I think we should start a campaign to get Gackt on Blu-ray!

Mediafire is fast when you download, but the only problem is you need to upload small size files, Megaupload allow you some bigger files ! ^^

Yes, I agree, the .avi version will allow to everyone the most nice watch as possible ! ^^

The 100MB limit at mediafire is another reason why I hate it. It makes everything too awkward because then you have to split the files.. and people have to join them and it's too complicated!

Do they show the middle video too? With Gackt's Engrish?

*squee* I can't wait! I think you're going to be the Gackt fandom's favourite person for a long time after this, haha.
