wongkk - you're an absolute sweetheart! Thank you so much for cheering me up with that little bit of post, it was a delight to find it waiting for me after a very long and tiring day.

I'm also happy to report that the Global I promised you has arrived (minus the flyer unfortunately) but is in perfect condition.

It's fancy dress/wear something different day at work tomorrow in aid of Children in Need. Of course I forgot about it until today and am completely unprepared :-/

Looks like jeans, T shirt and New Rocks will be my something different. Pretty pathetic huh?

Oooh!! Gackt stuff has landed???!! Other comments are abandoned in my excitement!!! Will head over to email - think lunch will stretch that far: it's a penalty of France that the rest of my week has to bear the weight of 5 days work!

Meanwhile, I'm glad that your postcard pitched up OK. Told you I'd be thinking of you on Saturday night ;=) In between glasses of Bandol that is. I slept very well!

Forgot to say (was the GG excitement) - wear something different to work: has u no RnRII shirt to dazzle the benighted UK masses? If my office had this different dress day, I can guarantee that everyone would turn up in their ordinary office kit. We're that exciting!

I do have a RRII shirt but it wearing it means taking it out of the packaging which is sacrilege! Next year I'm tempted to make a neko outfit and lead the office in the U+K routine XD

We had Snow White, Superman, nuns, priests, Jedis, nurses, jockeys, Jack Sparrow and some very scary men in drag. We like to make our own entertainment!

I hope that I didn't take up too much time from your lunch. It's a shame that the result of holidays is coming back to a backlog of work but still, it's worth the time off huh?
